Dr. Rubinstein received his MD Degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1978. After completing 2 years of general surgery at Abington Hospital, he finished his Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery Residency at the University of Pennsylvania and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Rubinstein moved to Northern Kentucky in 1983 and has practiced at St. Elizabeth and St. Luke's Hospital since then. Dr. Rubinstein is also affiliated with Children's Hospital of Cincinnati and University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Rubinstein is also a member of the American Medical Association, Kentucky Medical Association, and the Northern Kentucky Medical Society, as well as the Cincinnati Society of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Rubinstein has published and presented scientific articles in national journals and received an award for his research on hearing in neonatal mice. |
